Ow

I have a high ankle sprain, left foot. Fell down the stairs (again), and my foot hooked on the banister posts and bent my foot back as I was falling down the stairs. It hurt a lot! It looks like there is a tennis ball in my ankle, that's how swollen it is. *pokes* ...ow.

Well mr. ankle it's the Ice bucket for you. Gawd, I hate doing the ice bucket, it's almost as painful as the actual injury, thats how fricken cold it is.
